Find the carrier reference and document after creation. Review received updates and share the customer tracking link from the dossier.
Follow returns and payments
Parcel status, customer payment and carrier payout remain separate. Reconcile amounts with your account statement.

Before creating a parcel
Do I need my own Yalidine account?
Yes. Transport charges are not included in the software subscription.
Is insurance enabled automatically?
Check the selected value in the sale and your account options before confirming. An available option is not necessarily selected.
Does delivered mean my shop received the money?
No. Delivery, customer collection and payout to your shop are tracked separately. Check the carrier statement.
